About the portal

Geo-information portal "Contact Center" was created on the initiative of the People's Deputy of Ukraine Roman Kaptelov in order to establish a constructive dialogue between residents and the executive authorities of the city. The portal gives residents the opportunity to:

• receive information on the activities of the authorities;
• control the timeliness and quality of work performed on municipal facilities;
• report violations; & nbsp;
• indicate illegal placement of objects;
• offer additional work on landscaping;
• evaluate the work of government agencies;
• Confirm or refute staff responses.

The Contact Center portal is a tool for active, caring citizens.
