Privacy Policy (hereinafter - the Policy) sets out the principles of confidentiality and protection of personal data, as well as the general procedure and conditions of work.

In the process of personal data processing, the Contact Center is guided by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" № 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 (hereinafter - the Law), other regulations of Ukraine, internal documents governing the activity. p>

Receive personal information

The Contact Center receives personal data on the basis of a voluntary and informed decision of the personal data subject to transfer data.

In case of refusal to provide all necessary information for the implementation of the commitments, the Contact Center reserves the right to refuse to provide services or suspend them.

Personal data are not subject to disclosure and are not transferred to a third party, unless it requires the fulfillment of obligations to provide services or if it does not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine.

The received personal data is used only for the provision of ordered services (fulfillment of obligations). The quality and speed of service directly depends on the accuracy of the information provided.

Some personal data may be used for written communications (informing) of the User to order, about new offers, as well as for surveys, marketing, statistical and other research. The user can at any time refuse (unsubscribe) from informing.
